Get loads of cash and kit from exploits, buy lots of the new weapon, equip on big ships. Shoot. Meh. Any group could do it, including non-cheating ones.
You have no idea what you're talking about and have done no research whatsoever on the pvp community. I could list off 50 names that would wipe the floor with any single person on this forum in a stock or engineered ship (and sadly if I did, most of you would just block them because that's the sort of culture these forums espouse). Maybe.. maybe there'd be a sleeper that's a quality pilot, but honestly, you're talking about people with thousands of competitive non-gank pvp matches under their belt. The top 20 would be at least half comprised of SDC pilots. These pilots would similarly wipe the floor with any of your standard youtube personalities - and that's nothing against those guys, they make good videos so cheers. Keep on teaching people how to fa on reverski. But SDC pilots have proven themselves time and again in the PvP league and general competitive fights. Furthermore, their top pilots are entirely competent fa off in any setting, including planetary fights where fa off is bugged.
Listen, I get it. You don't like a lot of what they do. That's completely fair and that discussion is entirely allowable. But coming on here and criticizing them for lack of skill just sounds like an ignorant tantrum. Go watch some of their footage and tell me you can do better.
You can't.
I am not an SDC fanboy. My wing constantly fights them, and while many of us are close to their level, I am comfortable saying they have the greatest concentration of talent in the game. This is not a pride issue, this is verifiable. Find me a wing that can win a stock fight against pipko, sundae, oddisee, and raanes and then you can talk.
But that won't happen because you're probably just going to shift the conversation with some typical comment like 'it's not even a pvp game, if they were any good they'd go play x, y, or z'. They do, and they'd treat the hoi polloi of these forums the same way there.
