Well the new game is nothing compared to Battlefront 2 that is still frekin amazing. But oh my lord do they portrayed the sound and feel of SW universe in this one! Even with pretty poor game play modes its my SW fix for the week. The studio that designed the environments, models and so on did incredible job with every little detail.

there is battlefront and then there is a preorder for battlefront 2??? whats the different from the two?

ok found a video, well marketing and all it's pretty impressive, but what will it really be like.

I don't know but my assumption is that B2 will be trash, just like B1 was, until it is proven otherwise. This free season pass is probably just a marketing trick of some kind. B2 comes out mid-November and they are most likely just trying to draw people back to the first game.

I think they'll learn some lessons from the first game here and hopefully apply them to the second. But like you say it's worth waiting until some would reviewing has been posted.

I would say yes, EA is repeatedly claiming that they "learned" from the first games content fiasco at the release and that second one will deliver much more stuff on the start with the base installation. Still I would wait for a reviews/game play vids and of course first sale.

The one game I refunded because EA brazenly refused to admit, let alone try to fix, sound entirely cutting out after the first map change was a real problem. Or the horrible graphics glitches.

Was a damn shame because I otherwise quite liked the game, but apparently made by incompetent dolts.

The sound glitching is an engine thing. It's not unique to the SW game - I completed lots of matches in Mass Effect Andromeda MP in complete silence and it was confirmed an issue of Frostbite.

Very occasionally get the sound issue in battlefield 1, it's very minor indeed maybe an engine sound won't play when driving a vehicle. Nothing more exceptional than that at least in BF1

Beta for Battlefront 2 starts tomorrow if I`m not mistaken. Pre-order ppl who played it already are rather positive about BF2 multiplayer.
