PSA: Suicidewinder trick still works as of 2 Oct 2017 at 1406 Eastern Time

Gained a 18K Cr bounty in an ASP with a 2.3M rebuy. Switched to a Sidewinder in a different system and blew up. No 2.3M added to the rebuy, and now the bounty is dormant. Video available if required.

Yes, it was a PvP kill of a trader ship at the CG. He died....poorly.

Why add the 'Poorly' bit on the end. Ok you killed a Trader, big deal, well done sir, rep to you (Not). killing traders is not something to brag about. OK inform us that the so called C & P is not working, and thanks for that, but have no pride in 'Seal Clubbing' it's not pretty, it's not nice. and it is certainly Not Clever!

Hum. Considering Hercules already fell foul of the powerplay system situation during Beta, I doubt he made the same mistake twice.

The bounty was gained in Wolf 397 at the CG. The suicidewinder thing was back at Jameson Memorial.

Should I go back and destroy a Harmless, shieldless T6 and confirm the bug?

Because it's a play on the old science fiction tropes of "He died well", or "Today IS a good day to die!" Don't worry, I get your confusion; Many Europeans lack the finer understandings of American idioms. I'm still not sure about "He got jacked up!" though.

I always thought it was a spoof on the old Indiana Jones movie.

It was a joke..

"Jacked up" is a very common phrase in American military forces.

Tis quite funny though. :)

I'm not a fan of the practice but it does add some life to the galaxy in the form of bad guys. Why don't you go after him and take him out or make a funny video on YouTube with your own thoughts and commentary?

Ah, the sublime American language culture.

I thought it was an Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade pastiche... "He chose... poorly"
