Allow buying of equipment anytime

Is it really impossible to just buy that sweetass class 4 gun, when you're in an eagle?
Why? It makes no sense. Just allow it, and have it put into storage. Same goes of course with all other types of equipment.

This has been suggested... Several times. Right down to buying it and shipping it to the station of choice where your equipment that can use it has been stored.
