... complete 2 destroy generator missions from the same faction, to the same base, now? Lol

I just somehow picked up two at the same time.

But you can only blow up the generator once per instance.

Which means you need to either fly away and come back so they can do some turbo repairs on it, or relog, so they can do some turbo repairs.
And blow it up again.

Not complaining about the stacking fix, but I do believe this is an oversight. Lol

Was doing this last night with Scan missions, had to do the same location 4 times in a row! Became wanted after the first one too which made the rest more interesting. But yeah, essentially a bit of a hot fix to the missions stacking/completing problem. I dont mind it. It's a little immersion breaking but you can at least still mission stack for the same location and still have to put in all the effort for the rewards.

It would make more sense for these surface missions to each have their own target, and prevent missions like "destroy the generator" being spawned from the same faction to the same destination.

It also begs the question; why do they bother asking us to destroy generators, knowing full well they bring them back online the moment we leave? :p
