why federal corvert has a 6 frame shift drive why not a 7 for its size

Anaconda also has size 6. You can make PVE viable ship with around 30ly range with the Corvette.

Because of the internal size of the ships components. Core Dynamics have short jump ranges, as they're not exploration vessels.

Jump range is a factor just like speed or internal space. Why not use it for balancing?

You`re nearly 2 yrs behind the curve on this one. Just G5 the FSD and put a 5A scoop on it, you get used to it.
