The main reason for lockdown is players murdering authority ships. If this is just after a war, it could be due to massacre missions.
Civil unrest or UAs Don't cause lockdown.
To reduce the duration, either hand in bounties or take passenger missions that say lower lockdown. Another way is to get the faction onto a conflict (war, civil war or election).

the station is full lockdown the mission board is empty i cant even repair it said lockdown
Prolly best off going to a different stations till it changes
You don't need missions to turn in bounties.
