Long range haulage

Anyone out in the California sector/Witch head/Orion or the other remote bases? Am wondering if any long range haulage missions are out there. Pleiades is offering good long range missions back to bubble, would rather know the mission board status for these remote ports before visiting.

Oh cool, they fixed missions in the Pleiades? Last I was there shortly after 2.4 was released, it was only inside the Pleiades or to Colonia

I visited those bases when they first appeared on one of my weekend trips to Colonia and IIRC most of them didn't have mission boards. But right now I'm on my way back to the bubble, arriving tonight and Witch Head is on my route. I will stop by and check, if no one else is close.

Just after 2.4 released there was a huge amount of missions back to the bubble, you could fill up 400+ tonnes just from 1 faction. Since one of the hot fix updates the amount of missions have reduced by quite a bit.

@ Chris, thanks. I have a feeling those stations will only have a few mining missions or a couple of data runs. Would be great if you could check Witch Head.

My experience was just the opposite, up to release day I could reliably find a few haulage missions back to the bubble, but that stopped dead with 2.4 and I only got data transports to the system next door or data transport to 22kLy away.

Right, my session will not be as long as I'd like, so instead of following the arm to the witch head and returning via Barnard's and Pleiades, I had to beeline it a bit, because I really need to get home, today, as I have promised things to people.

I have, however checked the Lagoon. Not promising, though. I have spent some data to befriend the folks, but there are only mining missions available.
I'm not sure if it's representative for all remote bases, but I'm afraid it might.

Been all over the pleiades since 2.4 dropped, and I failed to see even a single mission back to the bubble yet. Plenty to colonia though.

There's 3 populated systems at California Nebula, one even has a base with a shipyard, might be tempted to go and take a peek in the weekend.

Can't play for a few weeks, but I also would like some haul mission to these places. The colonial missions are not interesting to me as I like to keep my sanity

There were some data delivery missions, mining missions and I think a haulage mission at Medusa's Rock in NGC whatever the hell its called

Pretty sure if you want to go to colonia, or transport endless people? the game has you covered. Anything else? Forget it. Mission boards are essentially just "take this to colonia" for the most part. Mission boards are Frontier's kryptonite.

Long range cargo missions in the Pleiades???? [weird] Where?????
I've been in the Pleiades all week and i haven't found a single cargo mission to the bubble..... not. a. single. one.
Maia, Merope, Pleione, stargazer, obsidian orbital, hudson observatory, omega prospect, darnielle's, maia point, reed's rest.....i've checked all of them for cargo missions to the bubble...... multiple times...... for a little more than a week.

Infact, at this point i was ready to move to another sector, in my endless search for a station offering long range cargo mission to the bubble. [knocked out]

This topic has nothing to do with Colonia or transporting passengers.

@trinita - Was back in the Bubble last night, I'll head back out to Pleiades and take a look tonight. Keep in mind all the missions I was seeing required you to be allied, also the cargo amount was usually the max 180 tonne limit.

I stopped at a bunch of stations on the way to Colonia and all I saw were donation, mining and passenger sight seeing tours. And very few of those. There was one passenger A-B mission to Colonia paying 500k for 5000ly, I told him where to stick it.

oh man, i've been here all week..... i'm not just "allied" with everyone around here....... i'm basically "family".
The secretary of the Atlas Research Group asked me to use my face as the logo of their faction....
The president of the Merope Expeditionary Fleet wants me to marry his daughter...

.... and i'm not even gonna tell you what the leader of the Pleiades Resource Enterprise proposed to me the other day (i am a gentleman afterall).

Long story short, i'm not just allied with everyone who matters in the Pleiades..... it's the Pleiades who are allied with me!
