Black Market and goods stolen

1) Where I can find a black market?
2) Why goods lost in space are considered "stolen"?

3) Conflict zones???I had a mission for killing pirates in eranis but I couldn't find this "conflict zone".

2) agreed, some of the stuff you find in the unknown signals should be considered flotsam/jetsam

Sorry, I thought people knew that the Freeport station was in LP 98-132.

That's the first one I've found with a black market (found via station services > contacts)

I would expect to find a black market in any anarchy system, and perhaps a few others as well.

Made approx. 20,000 picking up 1 combat weapon container and 3 personal weapon containers outside azeban city, then selling them in chango docks black market.

Not sure where they came from but they were floating right next to the station. Went back for more but they were all gone :-(

These zones are mostly around the planets. Get up close to them untill they are shown in your display, just like the other signals and stuff.

Upon entering, use your right MFD under functions to set your faction each time you exit SC!

If its floating near the station then it means someone else went pop either just before selling it or just buying it - not sure which would be worse though!

I found a blackmarket in.. was it I Bootis? I was on my way to Ovid... damn my bad memory... but there are several places with blackmarkets, just check every station you dock at.

Hi

am i being dumb?

I came accross a wanted transporter and opened up on it.

it just about managed to escape but not before dropping a mountain of sugar.

so I pucked up 4 tonnes worth and proceeded to ibootis. there was a black market there but i could not highlight my goods to sell.

am i doing something wrong? I feel v daft however i have never really tried to sell pirated goods before, certainly not outside of the anarchy system anyway.

Ups missread that, forget I said anything!

That is either a bug or the goods are supposed to be stolen (by the hauler) which would be neat if there was a mission to return them.

It needs to be adjusted...If you drop money in a parking lot, sure you can go back for it later...but its also perfectly legit for someone who spots it to take it.
Its not a fun game mechanic to have every floating canister in space protected.

Not all Black markets deal in the same commodities. Probably no demand for sugar in the black market you visited.

Not in germany, here it is illegal to keep money above 10€ that you find... you have to bring it to a lost-and-found office.

Uraninite in space...

So a ship got blown up outside of a starport. 4 pieces of Uraninite floating out there. I scooped it up. Is the only place to take it at this time one of the LP systems? It's shown as "stolen". I tried a refinery but since it's "stolen" it doesn't show up on my commodity list.

I was going to head out to a LP system but the game crashed, it's late & I gotta get up in 5 hours to go to work.

If the transporter was already wanted, I wonder if the goods that you pick up might be legit.

Have you tried selling them at a regular (non-black) market?

So does anyone have a list yet of black market systems and what they accept? I found 4 palladium after a npc hauler died outside a station and want to off load it...
