Ive FSD boosted many times with no issues.... However right now i am stuck in a system trying to use the star. I go through its cone and get the Warning about it being outside of safty limits ... but it wont charge me ... ive been at it for about 15 minutes now .... Suggestions?

Passing through the cone too quick? I like to ride the cone a little going with its flow to ensure a good supercharge.

I had that exact issue the other day in my taxi DBX. Fuel scoop was working fine, flew through the cone several times for increasingly longer duration each time and the FSD never supercharged. Decided it was a bug and just skipped it, it was only going to save me one jump anyway, and each attempt was damaging my FSD.

I've had this where I was already boosted/overcharged, but didn't realise, missed the message or maybe didn't receive the message.

Check your max jump range to see if you are already boosted.
