I'm thinking about buying one out of boredom, but not sure what it offers over my KB and Dolphin, but it would be ok to have a dedicated passenger ship, I guess.

I love flying my Orca. G5 dirty drives with a 40 ly range with cabins. Boosts over 500 mps, highly maneuverable in supercruise and is fantastic for earing rep and credits. But, for long distance, you're stuck with a 5a fuel scoop which noticably slows you down compared to an ASP. It's not terrible, but you can't be in a hurry. Anything over 2000 ly I get my ASP.

Plus that "fasten your seatbelts" chime on boost. That thing alone makes me love that boat.

Stripped down in Explorca mode it's a smidge under 50ly. In-bubble luxury liner mode, A rated and full of cabins, about 34.

What is your maximum jump range with a engineered FSD? Im thinking about heading to SOL and getting on just to load up on passenger missions. Any advice/tips/tricks? Thanks in advance

39 with average exploration loadout and 22 with full combat build
