If FD didn't charge for beta access I'd be willing to contribute to ideas for the success of the game.

While they charge for the privilege of beta access, I'm remaining stum.

Does anyone else feel this way?

Would it be best if they opened up the doors in this way, would they benefit from nor rinsing us for beta access?

Personally I know of 20 or more bugs that break the game, I just not happy being asked to pay them to tell, them about.

Yes, charging for beta access is a mickey take but holding back bug reports as a protest is just spiting yourself really.

I am pretty sure you don't need beta access to report a bug.

Saying that, I am personally less inclined to report things these days but then I also struggle most weeks to find time to play the game, so I need to prioritise and leave the QC to those who can.

Last time (release of 2.4) the "paid beta tester" was only for a week or two, then there was several weeks of open beta (no pay, everyone got it), if I remember right.

I do too much testing in RL. It's not my job, but I get it because I'm good at it, though I don't enjoy it. I won't pay to test someone's code for them.
