I found most good stuff by accident!
Thats exploring, just found if you scan a nav beacon you will be paid all the explore data for the system. Even though universal cartographics had it in the first place to give to you?

On another note are the coords for the colonia crash site reversed? Cannon had the lat and long reversed from my listening post ones, took an age to find the t9 and then I got wanted for attacking a goliath, boy they are tough in an srv, escaped just in time with my cardboard asp, now I am wanted in colonia, darn

Yes. I can only assume the listening post text was originally written during that very short period when the lat/lon HUD info was reversed.
