Black is Beautiful!

I had forgotten the peaceful effect of this view from my cockpit window:

I am picking my way around the Outer Rim. Whilst around the same distance as Colonia from the Bubble, here it is very black and feels truly remote. (I am sure I will return to BP one day, but it is a LONG way!).
Anyway, I saw this large potato and decided to investigate.

It has a diameter of 395 km and silicate geysers, so worth avisit. My second look into a likely spot revealed this:

It is an extensive area so I land to give Eagle III a bit ofa wash:

And to get up close to the large fumeroles:

It is quite impressive driving around so I decide to make a short video:

I haven’t found too many areas of vulcanism, but this is byfar the most impressive. I hope you enjoyed it. Worth a visit if you are passing …

Wow, I didn't even notice that there was text. I'm starting to wish that the forum didn't store black or white color codes directly, but rather translate them to "automatic".

OK - obviously I don't use a black background so to me it is all clear as day.
I just take the default scheme, which seems to be black. I have changed it now, but this is a problem I have never had previously (not that I am a prolific poster

)

Text colour is on automatic by default, so either you changed it unintentionally, or you pasted from somewhere and some formatting stuck.

OP text is still black on black, btw.

I’m finding the irony of a post titled “Black is Beautiful” being full of black text which people on the dark scheme can’t even see nor read incredibly funny!!!

Yes, I remember I did paste it from a word page.
I have tried to re-set to automatic but obviously it doesn't work.
I can't take any credit for the unintentional irony ...

Just changed my style to blackout and fiddled around - seems to work now - and I quite like the Black
