That’s wingmate with healy beams. Maybe two actually, I swear it’s meant to show just to one Plus sign
Of course the games probably glitches out, you probably wasn’t even in a wing at the time
Sorry i should have been more specific! I guarantee one of them is from wingmate healing beams, as I use them all the time in wing. As to why there is more than 1 I am not sure, but perhaps it is a bump like Hunter has said above o7
When hit with healing lasers, One + is for being hit with regeneration sequence (adds energy directly to the shield) the other is for concordant sequence (enhances your own regeneration rate)

Seen this on solo npcs when I batter them.
Today I was in an instance where literally every single NPC had this effect active. It seems a UI glitch, there was nothing special happening. I suggest you ignore it.
