Kinda, but dont underestimate the hipster-factor where irritating bungholes go out of their way to become a brony. Having a MLP shirt became a must-have in some circles on equal standing with Pink Floyd's 'other side of the moon' poster, regardless of whether you actually listen to the album or watch the tv series...
