Guess I will keep watching for ENCODED EMISSIONS since I avoid combat zones.
I am beginning to think the DEVS added CHAFF RELOAD but forgot to put the Materials in the game.
So far no one has ever said they have ever seen either of them.
I have now raided at least 10 POI's and never seen these yet. Compact Composites Very common Manufactured USS, Surface POI
For a VERY COMMON item it sure is rare..
Please... show me a system with cz that arent in war/civil war. Many docs says where u can find it but did u already found a single one?
