CH Fighterstick HUGE deadzone

I just got my Ch Pro Throttle and Fighterstick today and I'm having a problem with the deadzone on the Fighterstick. No matter where I set deadzone in options it's unacceptably huge, like 1/3 of the throw before it moves. In windows the slightest touch moves the cursor. The Thrustmaster joystick I have been using was fine. Anyone have a solution?

No issue here, slightest moves it. I know this is obvious, but have you checked to make sure the deadzone slider is furthest to the left on pitch/yaw axis? Have you calibrated the stick in Windows?

Yes to both. I've tried placing the pitch and roll deadzones at every position without effect, and in the windows calibration screen the slightest touch moves the cursor. Still experimenting but no luck so far.

Sweet, let us know what you think of this fighterstick/throttle combo once you're done playing with it :).

This is the first HOTAS I've used, previously only low end joysticks although the Thrustmaster T-flight-X I've been using wasn't bad at all. I chose CH because of their reputation for solid no frills quality.

I love the smooth easy action of both throttle and stick. Both wobble very slightly on the desk which bummed me at first but the discrepancy is so tiny and the action of both so smooth that I don't notice it during play.

I have most of the keys bound - it took me a while to figure out changing the UI panels from keyboard to hats but finally got it usable. I'd like to see what bindings experienced users have for comparison. I'm sure I'm missing stuff: My first HOTAS and this is only my third day playing :)

Anyway first impression I'm giving it 9/10 because of the slight wobble, which seems to be turning into a non issue.
