Where are the long range transport missions out to Colonia hiding?

If Frontier did implement these missions, made them rewarding enough, and relaxed the timers so I didn’t have to stress out about making it in time the whole way, I’d love to outfit a ship for long range transport to Colonia and just go. I would spend a considerable amount of money outfitting a Beluga for just such a task. I’d do exploring along the way for sure. That would be really fun. I’d take the slow way out to Colonia (sans Neutron star boosts) and explore. Then I’d high tail it back using the Neutron Stars so I didn’t go mad out in deep space.

“Passengers, our next stop on the Galaxia Tour will be an emissions nebula which will shortly become prominently visible from the starboard viewports. This is an unexplored nebula, and we estimate it has a volume of 427 cubic parsecs. For dinner this evening we will be serving Cubeo cube steak along Alitohian crumpets and of course, Lavian Brandy. Remember, Galaxia Tours is in the top 1% of space cruise liners. Passengers who provide less than 5 star reviews may face interstellar legal sanctions and loss of meal privileges.”

They actually use to be just like that when Passenger Missions first came out. They gave you a ton of time to get out there. I never was interested due to the amount of time it would involve, but I saw them all the time.

Something happened to change that after this last update or perhaps even further back. I stopped focusing on Passenger Missions when the VIP Transport versions I liked got their payouts nerfed. Not to mention I had broken 5 Billion CR at that point anyway. ;)

Let’s hope they put that back at some point. Yeah this isn’t about the money for me, even the money I can make from the exploration data doing such missions would probably be ok? It would just be fun!

Yeah, same here. I don't even stack missions when playing the game, on the occasions where I actually do missions in the game. I make more than enough exploring as it is now. Having a fair, decent paying transport mission out to Colonia to take while I'm heading out there would just make sense to me to take though, and perhaps help a little with my motivation to get there in a somewhat timely manner.

So what's the verdict? I've been to a few tourist systems where I'm allied with and still did not see any passenger missions to Colonia. Has anyone found them?

They put these in, but then, literally EVERY long range passenger mission was to colonia.\

Then they "fixed" that, and now there are "none." (as in, a tiny amout, due to the weightings of the mission system, and the numbers of systems within various ranges)

Seems like they can't say "Make some missions to here here and here" but can say "make missions to these distances away"

But can;t weight it with any real accuracy.

Basically, their mission system is pretty hard to work with by the looks of things.

With all the complaining from the grinding subculture, I think it's kind of funny that I'd be fine with maybe a few million credits for transport passenger missions out to Colonia.

For a little context here, I've made around 200K or so in the game on average and get along just fine, actually, more than fine.

Just found it kind of funny, and maybe now that Frontier's attention might be on some of these missions, we'll see some more interesting ones in the future. One can hope. :)
