Grr... All my credits!

I really don't want to come off as a crazy person. But I had today off of work and decided today was the day to work on getting the next tier cargo ship. I worked for hours getting close to 100k credits when my ship left super cruise arriving inside the space dock and blowing up with 16 Resonating Separators! At the time, I thought that I incorrectly left super cruise. (Found out just recently, it's a known bug!)

Now a few hours later, I have surpassed 100k credits and just lost them attempting to leave the landing pad, for some reason, the ship had no thrust and crashed into the ground without ever taking off.

Now I'm out another 80k+!

I just wasted 8 hours on NOTHING! I'm back to where I started this morning. :(

The developers need a load from save feature badly. The insurance for the spacecraft should cover the cargo as well.

Actually that's what Beta testing is for. You are not playing but testing in order to find such bugs as you have ran into, report them so that the devs would fix them and the same would not happen after the final release. And of course there should not be any load from save feature this would make the game boring and stupid as there would not be any consequences if the ship is destroyed.

It's easy to make money when you already have it of course. I managed a million in about 4 hours tonight and that's not even on a super profitable route, just a convenient one.

But as was said earlier, we are still beta testing the game and we should always be mindful that we don't get to keep anything we already have. But remember those valuable trade routes though! :)

Welcome to beta, submit a ticket, you did your job of testing and found some bugs... That's exactly what we are supposed to be doing.

With the introduction of the changes to the galaxy map I don't see the point unless you really want to get the absolute last ounce of profit. It's less hassle just to change your filters and have the game draw your route for you. Yes, you don't get the figures that the external tools can give you of course but its enough.
