Thrusters rebooted straight away out of SC?!?

I was interdicted earlier and the CMDR managed to reboot my thrusters instantly, is this possible or is something wrong here?

Two instances.

Once in my Cutter with 5K+ shields.

Once in a unshielded FAS.

The FAS was the the one i was talking about.

I still don't understand how my thrusters cam be rebooted as soon as I come out of SC. Very annoying and once again, for me, shows how engineers has ruined this game.

Were your thrusters damaged before the interdiction happened?
There were some reports of general malfunctions of thrusters in other threads,
when damaged.

Maybe this^
You said it was a shieldless FAS? THat means you could have the modules damaged prior to this to the point where every small additional damage has a chance of triggering a malfunction (<80% I think). If you didn't submit, your ship took damage upon SC exit and therefore there is a chance your thrusters took a break.

edit: ah, aha. No idea then. How soon after SC exit is "immediately"?

don't believe a word provide evidence other than just your words because invariably you don't know exactly what went on how long was the engagement ? for instance

There are cheaters out there.

One of them was in a clipper with his shield who never went down even if i was attacked by 2 corvette and a vulture.

i have reported him to frontier but sometimes I still seee him...

About the thruster reboot or a cheater or a laser which cause malfunctions which hit your thruster

Rubbish

Scramble Spectrum for sure

It's the "instantaneously" part of the OP's assertion that makes no sense. After being interdicted I have never known either party to be able to fire a shot straight away, it always takes a few seconds to deploy hardpoints, right your vessel and line up a shot. Then, I agree, scramble spectrum would be an obvious option.

Shock damage of being interdicted would seem the most likely explanation. Or the OP's facts are mis-remembered.

That exactly the case here very few people remember exactly what happens in these instances ! there was a documentary not long ago about peoples memories and how the brain fills in blanks with what the person was expecting to see for instance a man carrying a door in a red jumper stops and talks to a student in a university hidden behind the door another man completely different in a blue jumper during the conversation the red jumper man goes out of sight behind the door and the blue jumper man takes over not 1 student noticed the change why? because no one completely understands whats happening and the brain fills in missing parts of what was happening all they really understood was the man with a door was talking to them

My memory of this is clear as I came straight to the forums because of the instant nature of the thrusters going offline.

And you are asserting that "instant" really is 0 milliseconds after you exited supercruise? If so, there is only two viable explanations:

1) Your craft was damaged by being interdicted, and you suffered a thruster failure. It is possible. It is reasonable.
2) You experienced a bug unique to you. How lucky! Log it as a bug. Put it on the list for FDev to fix. They may even respond.

If you are so bugged by (2) contact FDev support, if they agree, they will adjust your loss.
