Horizons Data Missions Missing

Good evening fellow commanders.

I want to rank up my empire ranking via data missions from Wu Guinagi to HIP 10716. The problem I am having is that none of these missions appear on the Mission board at Ziegel Dock. Have these missions been discontinued?

If so, what is the most efficient way to rank up with empire?

They tend to pop up if the faction is in boom, what are the states of the factions in that system?
Just had a look, only 2 empire ones are in boom in Wu Guinagi, the other 3 are not....

The ones that state Boom, I am still not being offered any Data Missions.

I get offered Donation, Mining Rush, Wartime Surface Scan missions only.

What ship are you flying? If you can land at outposts, you are likely to pick up data courier missions there. If your ship is too big (ie bigger than a Python) you may not receive the missions available.

Type 6 which should be able to land on the medium pad.

Have you tried the outposts? They frequently have data missions from one outpost in one system to another outpost in another.

If you have no luck there, you can always go down to Aditi, it has lots of missions to its one and only populated neighbour. Take some passenger racks as there are also transport passenger missions between the 2. If you wanna break you can always dip into the black.
