Certainly could be a store purchase situation. Will be a nice touch to give your ships their own personality's. Sandro also mentioned that Frontier have been working with HSC Voice packs, that’s most intriguing also. Maybe Victor will be available as a full voice pack as is Verity through the HCS site.

Unfortunately they've also confirmed "no celebrity voice packs"... I was looking forward to Bill telling me to punch every ship that came along [knocked out]

I was pleasantly surprised when they showed this off. More than likely developed at the same time as the GalNet Audio stuff by the same team.

Being able to assign a different voice to each ship or to your SRV is going to be cool. Definitely a nice surprise today! [up]

I agree, my first thought when hearing the Victor voice was how very refreshing it will be to hear a different AI after all this time.

So happy there is an alternative to the rough croyden friendship drive charging voice. Finally after 2.5 years I can turn the ship voice back on.

Id love to have new computer voice sounds. Im all for ship customization maybe they could get some famous people to do voices, like Majel Barret or Paul Reubens (Pee-wee Herman)
