Yeah Nedry did shut off the power. But in the book it makes it seem like the animals had been escaping for years and breeding. It just didn't start happening after the power was shut down. The Raptors in the wild were like different animals compared to the ones in captivity.

I never read the entire book. Just skimmed through over it here and there.
I have read it several times, more than I can count. I first read it when I was 10 years old. A year after the JP was released. I just recently read again after I heard about this game. You should actually read the full book cause it's really good and IMO better than the movie in some ways. I like the movie but the book is better.
Yeah, I should definitely read the entire thing. I tried listening to the audio book but I found it so boring. I don't want to listen to one person speak in monotone the entire time lol. I might order it off of amazon.

It would be a NICE feature ..... but imagine the havoc would be even harder to control the dinosaurs when you are not in direct control of their numbers. (ok that sounds crazy and scary and fun, i like it! )
Dinosaur breeding caused BAD things. Y... you do remember the films. right?! [haha]
