Aarrrgggg just started PP 3 weeks ago. Waited to jump from rank 1 to rank 4......and now this sigh.....anyone know if they can fix this issue for everyone. I’d hate to loose the 1583 merits i gained

Hello guys,
Thank you for the reports; based on these, and our own investigations, we have discovered that the ‘Commander cycle’ triggered twice.
We have decided to leave commanders with their double bonus salary credits and we will do what we can to make sure commanders have their correct ranks. This is going to take some time to rectify, so you may not see any rank changes in the next few hours.
If, in a few hours, your rank isn’t what it is supposed to be, please let us know and contact Customer Support here: https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/

Hey FD? If you don't mind, could you elaborate on what actually happened? I'd like to know what caused the tick to delay.

Yes, the two go hand in hand. If they're going to fix your Rank (see: Rating), then you'll probably see your merits restored too.
That was an unpleasent surprise, I blindly went to a Li Yong-Rui station to pick up a Prismatic only to find my merits had double dipped, 800->200 and rank 2.

my concern was the only mentioned rank.....I’m new to PP so I didn’t know the two are one in the same, just going by what I see, they differ but hoping for a complete resolution as i hoped to get shields unlocked but seems something is thrown off as I’m now back to three weeks instead of week 4 as well as credits and tank being off
nothing noteworthy caused this other than FDev operating as FDev does, which means Mickey Mouse would be ashamed of the levels of incompetence that goes into mismanaging their systems.
Your Rating requires you to have a certain amount of merits for it to be good for that week. Ergo, if they're going to have that as the priority to be fixed, your merits should naturally follow.
......I don’t think anyone is reading what I wrote....
I could be mistaken but in addition to the rank and merits known issue, my time pledged days didn’t go forward with the reset and it appears to have subtracted days in addition to the merits and rank problem
meaning Last night it was 3 weeks and 6 days I believe.....maybe it was only 5 days
today it shows 3 weeks and 4 days, shouldn’t the days go forward not backwards?
