For Consumer fraud , misleading and negligence.At the ECCN.
This will lead to legal action againstfrontier and hopefully they will be forced to keep their initial promises. Ifnot heavy fines.
The time that frontier has screwed over itscustomer base backers and kick-starters is over now we screw them.

If you sue Frontier for millions, it means the game will close down overnight - way to go.

Its the same mentality as suing the banks, not realising that without the banks, you would have nowhere to put your money, and no way to pay the rent.

They did go back on promises, but not as much as most other Kickstarters - which promise the world and deliver peanuts.

I hope you are just joking, as if not, I hate the mentality which thinks this is ok, because this is just the low life scum which ruins the game.
