Embroidered logos on the polo shirts would be nice. Though I accept that it might already have been looked into and found to be too expensive.

More Cobra Mk III stuff.
+1 for interior reskins. When my Cutter's in the hangar, the hangar lights reflecting off the shiny white "carbon-fibre" surfaces make it near impossible for me to read the System Panel (possibly playing in VR makes it worse, but it's a real problem for me). I'd pay good money to have the cockpit surfaces re-covered in something non-reflective.
Well, this'll likely get merged then - or closed.. depending how nice a mod is feeling.
All of the previously mentioned items plus fur trimmed parka, and the most obvious one of all, hats.
Thargoid paintjob was already mentioned, I'd like to see that too,
especially in the future when/if we get more thargoid technology for ourselves.
Snake paintjobs for snake ships (Asp, Cobra etc).
Flame paintjobs for all good racing ships (Viper, Eagles, Courier).
Shark teeth paintjobs for passenger ships.
Ship kits that are bit more innovative, nowadays when we get new ones,
it's the same old kits for new ships. That gets kinda boring.
I'd like also to see ship kits for special jobs (only cosmetics), for example:
Extra fuel tanks in outer hull for fuel rats.
Sensors, dishes and extra fuel tanks for explorers.
Stealth kits for stealth ships (hull shapes for reducing radar visibility, extra plates to hide exhaust flames).
Thargoid ship kits for alien lovers (organic technology, stuff from thargoid bases).
Extra armour plates/weapons for combat ships (still, only cosmetics).
Every ship type as bobblehead (including thargoid ships, you could keep them as kill counts at first).
Powerplay leaders as bobbleheads.
Oh, I almost forgot...
Battle-armours/harnesses as suits.
