Riddle me this.

If we're all made of star dust.... and stars can only fuse to Iron before they go poof... then where do elements heavier than Iron come from?

It's not specifically Astronomy related, but the Royal Institution Christmas Lectures are gems.

Oh, it has been a while. I've been on a history kick lately instead (found some good BBC shows where these cats spend some time living and working in historical conditions. Can't remember the name of it).

I'll check out those Christmas Lectures though!

Oh, ha ha ha, I didn't pay much attention to the posting date! Yeah, I know the shows you mean, haven't caught much of them though.

Hope you enjoy the Christmas lectures anyway!
