Is there any groups that do not use Discord or other types of “chat rooms” I can never find the people I’m looking for—- only have IPad no PC

A few years ago, groups (for any game) were using Teamspeak, or Ventrillo, or sometimes, Mubble. Then Discord invented a better mousetrap - a much better mousetrap - and significantly simplified everyone's lives. In short, everyone uses it, and for good reason.

The good news for you is, its by far from PC only, and there are both web clients, and an iOS client.
