How do you do this? I'm on metered broadband! it would save me a lot of GB to download again :)

Why is it not the default install method?
In Launcher, go to options tab (next to my account), check if 'Enable Cache Check' and 'Enable Virtual Cash' are selected. Select if not.

I think they are enabled by default now, but might not have once been.

12:00 is midday 23:59 or 00:01 is the correct way to put midnight, 00:00 is actually a grid reference on a map
Nope, neither 23:59 or 00:01 is midnight. Midnight is 00:00 if it starts a day, or 24:00 if it ends a day. Simple as that.

And yeah, FDEV better stop using that silly AM/PM system. The whole world except the US has already got used to the 24-hour clock.

To those debating the 12pm / 12am thing. It's actually both, and neither. Opinion is split and nobody can really decide.

some argue that 12 noon can not be either anti or post meridiem, others that once you have seen a clock say 12noon it is already post meridiem. some say 12AM and 12PM are BOTH midnight but would refer to midnight at the start or end of that particular say. some say 12am is midnight and 12pm is noon because you would say 12:30am etc.

Due to massive ambiguity, the National Physical Laboratory in the uk have stated it's probably better to not use am or pm and stick with noon / midnight as nobody can decide, everybody argues, and there is no definitive answer either way :D

With all that said, here they meant 12pm as 12 noon... which ahs already passed. Hope you all enjoyed the Beta and really looking forwad to getting stuck into the live build!

This is why people doing change requests/working with the military etc would use 0000 or 1200, all times in 24 hour clock specifically because it isn't open to such ambiguity - well actually we used 0001 because people started questioning what 0000 meant! but you get the point!
