Horizons Any chance we could edit the flight control voices?

Sadly, since the last change of ED software I have picked up the same awful Northern accented nasal woman as the station voice at either end of my favourite trade routes.
Why? Do ED know that this is an accent that really grates on my nerves? Is it a punishment?
Before the last change I had the "Paul Bettany" style voice at one end and a grumpy old Victor Meldrew-like git at the other.
Now I just have this Northern slapper.
In Arab countries they used refuse to have female Voice-mail dialogue/prompts because a woman was not allowed to tell a man what to do ( I kid you not!!!).

If we can have the richness of the Holo-Me, why can't we have a ticksheet of announcers we don't mind hearing from?

As to your question, yes, you can change them. Flip the control of the base to a empire/Fed/alliance as she is an independent.

FDev should invite players to submit their versions of the scripts and include the best of them in-game.

It would be nice to play for a week or so and not hear the same voice twice.

As a Southerner (Southern-American that is) I wince at the fake Southern-American accent of Betty-Lou at some stations. Sounds like a Brit doing a really bad Scarlett O'Hara. :x
