Has anyone found these materials: compact composites and filament composites?

:mad:I've already looked everywhere, spent more than 22 hours searching and nothing:mad:

Are those the exact names of what you're trying find in the game?

I tried putting them into the following third party site and couldn't find them, though maybe they're not something traded at stations...

Anyway, try entering the products specifically into the site, to see what happens... :) .

I'm not online on my PS4 so i don;t know soz. I have a cheatsheet with all my engineered module critical components and these aren't on it so I haven't actively sought them yet. I can check later today when I get online but i don't recall having any off the top of my head.

EDIT: Nope - got lots of things but not those.

Never heard of either of them. They aren't used in any blueprints it seems. Maybe those INARA entries are artifacts from an older beta and never made it into the live game.

Its used for chaff synthesis

Last night I tried for another 2 hours to look for this material ... I give up

Where/how were you searching? The compact composites are supposed to be very common, so get the right system and pick up the relevant USS and you should find some. Is it beyond the realms of possibility that it's a bug meaning they aren't spawning?

I'll see if I can find some this weekend if I get a chance.

There are already several threads on the forums where multiple people state they've never seen a single one and not one bit of proof they exist apart from the entries on the wiki, inara, etc. and the synthesis page in-game. I suspect the devs just forgot to put them in the game.

Regardless of whether it has or hasn't, that will be the response! I'm in a military system currently, in a state of war and not finding any in the USS's.

I've also been 100% Earl for days now and not had the Navy mission appear on any of the mission boards. So frustrating.
