General / Off-Topic Why I make annoying threads.

Gypsy, that's quite the superiority complex you have there. Good for you, definitely better than the opposite. By the way, don't take that as criticism, I also think I'm pretty smart. ;)

That's a lot of carbs.

I hope you skipped the orange juice.

Oof, don't remind me. Friday is chest and arms day. I'm pumped to train later, but I have to eat a load of stuff I don't like today. :(

Sausage roll for breakfast, the only thing I'll enjoy today, get some fat and carbs in, then it's chicken fillet and brown rice for lunch and steak for dinner (which is ok, but I prefer it with bernaise and fries, not just a lump of meat. :/ ).

Still, the results are worth it.

Star citizen will nail you you know?

If they :

Survive getting sued by Crytek.
Start working on the game instead of the store.
Add a flight model that doesn't suck.
Start hitting their own release dates (other than sales they always meet those).

In a few years (or decades) they might be in the running to qualify as competition, in which case excellent the more the merrier. Right now SC is the Monty Python comedy option or a horror story told to young dev's about how not to do it.

Oh my!

It's a very important meal that people often skip (me). A good breakfast will set you up for the day!!

Failing that - Coffee.

P.S. What are "Infinity Stones"?

Consistency is whats important. Either be someone who eats breakfast, or someone who doesn't, neither is bad, the latter is often called intermittent fasting, if combined with eating early in the evenings. Do not eat breakfast one day and not the next, this will just screw up your metabolic cycle and probably cause weight gain unless you are skinny by nature. I was always an intermittent faster (and skinny by nature), before I even knew the term, I would eat early in the evening then nothing til lunch the next day. Since I started trying to gain large amounts of muscle, obviously, I started eating breakfasts, but like I say, it's consistency that's important, the body can handle very strange or extreme routines (some intermittent fasters eat nothing at all on certain days of the week, and this works for their routines) without any issues, as long as they are consistent. :)

I'm a born again gym rat, which is even worse than a born again christian, for exactly the same reasons. "Have you found your local gym yet?", "Exercise will redeem you!", "whaddup fatty?".

lol.

P.S. Infinity stones are what you get in your kidneys if you drink too much coffee, take too many supplements and not enough water. ;)
P.P.S. That's a joke, they are of course galactic artifacts that bestow upon only mutated wielders, supreme galactic powers relative/relevant to the specific properties of the stone.

I think the RSPCA would have something to say about knights slaughtering penguins. Seems a bit one sided.

Poor little penguins.

Gypsy, if you read this the system you were on about was the Trappist System. Stellar Forge calculated a brown dwarf star with seven planetary objects 39LY away. Trappist is a red dwarf star system with seven planetary objects 40LY away. Very small amount of tweaking required.
