Minor factions should being flying the ships that their superpower would, my minor faction is imperial yet the npcs are alway flying fed ships, and the system security are always flying independent ships. Imperials should be flying gutamaya primarily system defense force included and never core dynamics, feds primarily core dynamics never gutamaya, alliance primarily lakon never gutamaya or core dynamics, independent non-alliance factions flying anything not core dynamics or gutamaya.
