Any Low Sec systems nearby? You can pay it at an IF.

That's a tad unusual.
It would seem you need Interstellar Factors now - and your Station there apparently has none.
(during a Beta Livestream, they were still able to pay off such a fine on location though; the Contacts Menu part wasn't redded out (?) )
I guess you might have to try Eco jumping (or FSD Boosting via Synthesis if your Jumprange is very low) to the nearest Low Security System with Interstellar Factors.
(use Galaxy Map to filter "Services -> Interstellar Factors)
Anyway... unsure if that's working as intended or a bug.
IMHO a tiny parking ticket shouldn't force a Player to relocate to a distant Low Security System just to find an IF Facility and get rid of it. Lots of hassle for a small accident.
That should be reserved for actual Criminals.

Dude don't even, I won't play this game if this is how it is because I forgot to ask to land, and I can't pay off a 300CR fine. that is INSANE. Now I am dead in the water because I can't find a station close to it. Don't be a jerk.

Do you have enough fuel to fly to another station or surface base nearby?
Try pay there.

Worst case scenario, im sure a player here can fly to you in game and use fuel limpets to at least get you jumping to another system to pay the fine through a broker.

Go here and get some fuel or pay off the fine. It does look like a bug as should be able to pay off fine the normal way without getting IF involved.

Based on the description it seems like a bug, or at least unintended behaviour. What makes you think this is how it should work?
