Probably it's locked out *because* you didn't have permission rather than the fine
Exit and request docking....I'd hope they wouldn't refuse for a tiny fine and you'll have full access when you dock ( with permission)

I think you and Eent Tredison use an incorrect definition of the word 'intended' from most then. Seems like unintended behaviour to me.

According to your screenshot you have plenty of fuel left. Like a quarter of a tank on an Asp (more like a third). Either eco jump to another system or regular jump. Just because you can't make the jump to your next plotted course doesn't mean you are stuck.

Only option I can see is to switch to open, wait for another player to come by, turn your shields off and ram them.
The confused forum post afterwards from whoever you ram will make this situation worthwhile.

Yep, as it should.

Fines should be payable, because contacts should not be locked off unless you have a bounty.

If the ship wasn't hot in that jurisdiction, then this was a bug.

Bountys are going to kill the game.. had 2 today already.. $100.00 bounty for shooting a skimmer, thought this kind of stuff was supposed to be sorted, second one at a res site for a wanted criminal. go figure... bugs...

encountered same problem. cured by leaving station and re-entering

I got a tresspassing fine forgetting to ask permission to dock. I asked three more times as i was moving away from the staton and was denied, but the last time i asked (i guess i had gotten far enough away) I was allowed to dock and access the station anonymously and paid the fine. As soon as the fine was paid i had full access to the station.
This was at a coriolis with no IF.

Please guys, don't start defending or band aiding a broken, bugged mechanic. This new stuff is borked on all ends and if not fixed as soon as possible I doubt it will survive. Which would be a pity as I really like the idea. But in such broken state it's just a nightmare.
