Trouble with RAM TAH and Guardians

I have been to a guardians site and got a few items, but when landed at phoenix base i cant give,sell or do anything with the items.

Is anyone else having same problem?

I think the main purpose of the Guardian items is to get new shinies from the Tech Brokers

It is my understanding that they work as the Engineers mats : you will use them to 'buy' Guardians modules.

In galnet it say bring back too Phoenix base, tried too upload a picture but it wont allow me...

Tech broker requires guardian items to unlock Guardian weapon upgrades they offer.

I'd love to participate in the mission, but Phoenix Base is nowhere to be found. Yes, I know what planet to look for. Yes, I went to the Nav Beacon. Yes, I went and got another ship with an advanced surface scanner. I did three trips out there in hopes it was just a glitch due to the fresh update, logged off and back on, skimmed the surface of the planet...nothing. So, any ideas? I checked other forums and this has been an issue for some time. An unresolved bug? What?! I appreciate your help.

So last night I wasnted to turn in “stuff” at “Phoenix” base. Well, not sure if this was always a thing but when I docked at the main station in the meene system I got an automated message from him in my tab. Talking about the ruins.
