Federation SWAT overpowered wing

Hey here,

I destroyed some ships with a big and strong Cutter Imperial illegaly, then i get a wing of 2 Vulture from The Federation, litteraly.
So i tryed to fight back... 10 secondes to destroy my Prysmatic Shield generator A8 with Burst Laser Modded Reverberating cascade
 !
Where this come from? In the module tab i saw regular Burst laser.
So i estimated a Ship build and with the Prysmatic shield and the 3 booster modded heavy duty. I found.... 1607MJ of shield.
I give you some link for a video i recorded of the fight (french) and also a theorical ship build.

The thing is that the ATR are totally god-modded. Try fitting a prismatic with 3 shield boosts, modules and weapons on a Vulture.
It's not a matter of "Yeah, ATR system", it's a matter of pushing beyond the normal limits, and that is not cool.

The ATR ships should have ships and equipments top tier - Things that humans can do too - with an excellent AI gameplay to make it competitive.
The current gameplay is broken to me.

+1 this thread and report.

Yeah, but, it takes like 12 minutes to kill a fully engineered cutter. So... This was the solution, a weapon that kills your shield generator. It’s not actually that powerful, just hyper specific.

Hm hm, a Burst laser modded Reverberating Cascade: this doesn't exist.
Reverberating Cascade are for Torpedo Pylons, Mine Launchers.

That's why I said it's unfair. Let the ATR be super heavy Fer de Lance or Corvette or actual very powerful and modded ship.
That, I would agree with. However a Vulture with impossible mods and broken shields is not fair.

People wanted CONCORD, people got CONCORD.

I do agree though it should have been limited to what we can do, and they should have just sent in 10 Corvettes and 5 FDLs each time . Oh well...

Maybe the military secretly managed to cram a 5A power plant on a Vulture and didn't tell us. I mean, this whole time we've been limping along using an undersized powerplant for this kind of ship when it makes no sense for anyone to design it as such.

They don't seem overpowered. After all, an unshielded Cutter was able to toy around with them for a surprisingly long time. And easily escaped.

Military Vessels carrying Military Equipment unavailable to Civilians (CMDRs), and now they're able to actually intervene.
IMHO better than the laughable statist role they had in the past against Engineered Player Ships.

Now all that's missing is the beefed up System Authority Ships carrying a healthy dose of Engineer mods, so ATF doesn't have to hop in to save these helpless children all the time.

They're a bit made-up-burst-laser god-modded against shields and a bit rubbish otherwise, I think.

Yeah, agreed, muh immershun would have approved a lot more of an uber-squad that was still legit. As per players should have been the objective.

Unfortunately, as Frontier themselves had literally been unable to come up with one single effective counter to the shield meta they themselves created, they had to use ret-con nonsense instead.

It does leave me scratching my head why they didn't go that route. Increasing the number of opponents is a pretty basic PvE balancing method used in many games — and is in my opinion, way better than arbitrarily increasing damage output.

Besides, large numbers has the added benefit of making battles more epic. :D

Or maybe, just as it was in Elite II, the military have all kinds of special modules that aren't made available to the general public. Also, maybe we will get access to these super-secret modules once we get an overhaul of the Military Career side of the game.
