Did you even read the data I provided? PP stuff is outside of the standard C&P process. That's what is supposed to happen. Those Bounties are for opposing PP Commanders.

And to continue on this... whit C&P system your ship and modules are hot... whit PP only your ship.
I just removed all engeneers modules put them in seem but new ship and bounties are gone.
am no longer wanted.

You need to find a INTERSTELLAR FACTORS CONTACT
these can be located in LOW Security systems. need to click on the galaxy map then on the stars tab
then the Security and Filter for only LOW security systems.
I have noticed that you get a Restricted access red weighing scales icon next to your ship. I couldn't pay off
a fine for my anaconda for a small faction after blasting some skimmers as my ship was too big to land on
any of their spaceports or bases as my ship was too big. fine attached to the big ship not me.
So find a system with LOW Security and find a base or station that has a BROKER
interstellar contact, then you can pay off all fines in any systems for that ship
and also Trade any Intelligence data for any other power that has been hanging around your ship.
This is handy as you dont have to go over to another faction to claim you intelligence data.
The fine's are put on the ship now.
I have one for a minor faction which is attached to one of my ships for Samata Blue Electronics Inc, which I paid off here by:

This one Currently has an Interstellar contact.

Sadly finding a Zach Hudson interstellar factor still wont cure a Zach Hudon PP bounty...
I had this problem playing on Xbox One and reset the system to clear it. I then was able to pay the fine. Hold down start button for 6 seconds to shut down. Not sure what the equivalent function will be for PC or PS4.

i managed to pay off my bounties only by leaving the power i was alleged to and then it appeared when i visited an interstellar contact as payable....
