Knights of Beneverchio in Avalon: struggling to take control

Thank you Starwolfe for confirming about the combat zone reactions to war actions.

I've learned the latter (outside cz killing) the hard way both before and after this patch :)

And that ^^^^ is how things should be in this game. Sadly enough it's the exception, not the rule.

Well, Ryan, we're glad to be the exception!

So far I've only met wonderful CMDRs around, even towards the Core, in Open, and our little neighborhood of space feels amazing so far!

Then by all means preserve what you've found and make sure everything is going ok in your neighbourhood. For suspicion and accusations are sometimes easily thrown about when things go south. We're all here to enjoy a game together, but being human is what we are.

And when frustration and anger take over, words are easily said that can't be taken back. Let us hope that such times never fall upon you.

Edit:

Looks like we're pretty much neighbours too. Our HQ is only 52.92ly from yours.

See you around in that case o7

Sorry, I meant 54lys from the Knights.
You keep one of their flanks safe and we will protect the other.

Heh, I fear we have quite a few other PMF in between ourselves. To our so called left we have the First Imperial Fleet, a bit further away is the Paladin Consortium. Then there's the EG Union and G.O.M. Collective as well.

What both of you guys are doing, your attitude, this is why I'm loving this community so much :)

Preserve that fire and enthusiasm and remember that even if nobody tampers with the BGS in your region it'll be a tough thing sometimes. There will be disappointments and setbacks, but as long as you understand that and the BGS still puts a smile on your face (and that of your fellow Wingwomen and men) all is good.

Now, if you'll excuse me I have to review some missions and think of new dastardly deeds to take more assets away from NPCs :)

Will do Ryan, will do ;)

The BGS has been already dreadful since our minor faction was added in the first waves, back when I wasn't even playing yet, where my brother Spartan B99 and Nik Fury struggled and never made it, but I'm never going to be let down, we respond proactively! ;)

A new question popped in my mind right now: is there a limit, per player, of missions that counts towards influencing the BGS?

Can we hoard missions or we are somewhat capped?

Thanks!

According to some the maximum limit of Missions per day is supposedly around 10-15 per CMDR. However many other things factor into that, as the population density of a System, if other players are countering your efforts by working for the other MF in a System and so forth.

I'd suggest a healthy dose of gaining credits and then doing some pure INF missions for your MF. Pure INF boosting punishes people due to the low credit gain, so mixing things up is what keeps people happy imho.

We are happy with a low paycheck as long as we gain influence!

Money missions can easily come afterwards :)

While this is true, getting 10k for a pure INF mission can be a bit underwhelming. How about a 2:1 ratio, meaning for every 2 pure INF you do one well paying credit one or choosing the Material reward option? Engineering one's ships can also get important at one point to get faster kills in CZ or boosting away from those pesky interdicting gits that want to prevent you delivering your Passengers or goods.

We don't scoff them, we do them, especially wing cargo missions or wing supply missions: done with a full wing they provide a very good revenue, but for now we're kind of focused on the civil war at hand :)
