Quite obviously photoshopped.
I don't think you need photoshop to draw red lines. I believe you can do red lines in MS paint.
I can tell by the pixels.

the problem is, for pure PvErs many of us have left open due to cheaters.... We have seen how .......... forgiving............. FD are on cheaters and so frankly if you are a PvEer (and dont cheat) then there is a good chance you wont ever get to find us, wanted or not.
the fact that those who cheated the most were often part of the "gitgud" crowd just makes it even more laughable.

no, not mad..... I just don’t like cheating in online games, and why would i choose to play in the same game space as them
In regards to OP i am quite enjoying the new criminality at the moment it means i have to actually think about my actions and way up if certain missions are worth it or not.... . which is not to say it cant be improved a bit, but it has to be better than what we had imo. 3.03 i think is going to improve a little more still.

Patch is up and it's just got worse, no more outfitting in a hot ship, who is gonna do crime now when you get locked out of the ship and modules you spent weeks reengineering, how is this gonna help most players will just want to clear the fine or bounty asap so other players will hardly get the chance to claim a tiny part of a massive bounty. You just killed crime and pvp with this, only way round this I can see is to join ARCHON DELAINE get rank 5 and start taking systems around founders world.

dont crap on your own doorstep i think is the thing here...... Do crime in systems you do not care about, who are opposed to your own ideals and that have no link to systems you DO care about and "own" being a criminal.
pirates should be calling anarchy bases home, bounty hunters may be worshipped in imperial space but hated in the federation.... and those role playing terrorists, well the game was never meant to make that role the easiest in the game, it was meant to be the most unsupported so.........................
up until now my CMDR has been a down the line goody 2 shoes... purely because there was no interesting repercussions for breaking the law... now however, it may be time to go to the dark side. (though if i am honest i would rather start from scratch with a new cdr and not sully my clean cmdrs name.)

I don't think the game has a PvP/PvE flag.
So presumably Jason/Vin mean PvErs and PvPers.
I'm not sure if this new patch is a stroke of genius or what, but the idea that PvPers will soon be policing themselves is awesome.
Maybe it could be looked at as the honourable PvPers policing the ganking PvPers?
