I have no clue what the launcher looks like on PS4, but on PC you have two options: "Elite Dangerous Horizons (64bit)" and "Elite Dangerous (64bit)". Hmm... on PC it's just another klick in the launcher to start up E: D non-Horizons... but on PS4 ? I have no clue... is there some kind of launcher like on PC ? Or naybe there is some function to disable Horizons content in any way ?
If not, you're really stuck and should open a ticket and ask the support to move you away from there manually.

You can't. On the console you pick up the Horizons log-in as default if you have bought the add-on.
It is not possible to differentiate.
It was PC that I was having issues with on Sunday. A friend of mine at the site had no issues at all during the same time frame.
I had no problems. I was there Saturday logging in and out of solo without issue until the SRV was almost out of fuel. Logged out Saturday evening sat on the ground outside Davs. Logged back in yesterday evening, jumped into my 2nd SRV and continued until that was nearly empty, then jumped home.
All madness of course, but I wanted to see what I could pick up that was useful or possible to trade with.
On PC.
Ps. Also took the trip out to the 2 close surface prospecting contacts ~3km and 180 degrees from DH a few times.

I'll second that. I really am stuck here
I would think that a support ticket is the way to go if you get stuck there and are on a console.

If it's like on Xbox, uninstall horizon dlc and launch the game, you should be on vanilla

That could be a very long reinstall for nothing. I have not heard of anyone doing this on Xbox.
Can anyone confirm or deny being able to reinstall without Horizons on Xbox?
It's not like we have an option to "load version X", and the Xbox store knows we own Beyond - so I doubt it will download a different version... too tricky for MS!

So, I did uninstall the DLC, and the "3.0.3" banner did disappear, but I'm still stuck.
Do you mean I also need to Delete the 17GB Game , and Reinstall after I delete the Horizons DLC? That will take a very long time on 20MB, but if you are certain this works, I'll try it.
Something tells me the Client is immutable on Xbox, and not like the PC version, which is probably properly modular.
Can you confirm before I delete the huge 17GB and reload?

Yes I was talking about xbox. Witch version of the game do you have ?
I bought Core and Horizon separatly. Maybe if you have the commander version, you can't switch back to vanilla, or they probably changed something because when I did it (it was in early Horizon) it worked like a charm.
The main screen isn't a reference (sometimes I got the vanilla launch screen and log into Horizon)
Well, I was one having the problem on PC and I tested today and all is well.
It's working fine again and drops are 3 per unit, not 1.

I bought the extreme version and Horizons SP, with everything. I remember going from 2.3 to 2.4. I tried deinstalling Horizons, but the base executable didn't change - except I no longer see the version number on the bottom left at launch.
I bet if I delete the main, 17GB game file, I'll get the exact same back at reinstall, bc MS/Xbox knows I own the dlc. And it would be a pain to reinstall and see no diff. Hopefully, they will move me soon. What a day killer!
A FD QA person said "that happens when you logswitch at Dav's" - but didn't happen pre-303, so does that mean anyone , anytime log-switching can hang? Or only Dav's Hope will hang? Both are bad news for all...

That's baloney..what the QA guy told ya unless he meant it was an issue only for xbone and ps4 users..... the QA guy is wrong, I been logging for last couple days at davs and have had no problems other than I got stuck once, with the SRV, picking up a mat near one of the storage racks. A quick change to base ED and back to EDH fixed it.
