Not bad. Finally a fun pack for the Cutter. Got a feeling I'll be seeing a few at Jameson.

Stick the blue and purple one on it with the right parts from the ship kit (before they squashed it!) and you'd have a decent approximation of the White Star from Babylon 5.

I might be tempted by that pack next time I think about paints, I bet the red/orange/yellow one looks good too. I'll definitely be parking up in a station with decent lighting to preview them in-game first though.

Make the Big Ships easy.... sell them paint in the store. Am I alone in thinking the store greed is damaging this game?

Ah and just wait to see what happens when they choke all the credit farms and exploits fer 6 months...credits fer sale appears on store...how many ye think would be buying that? Taking into consideration the salt over the credit nerfs/fixes whatever they wanna call them ^

I suspect you might be alone. While I agree that the price for the paint jobs is rediculous for how simple they are, they are entirely optional. I also think there are a lot of people who buy paint jobs to support the game.

Not seeing it at all. While I still would like to see some unique cosmetics as rewards for in-game events or missions, choice is there and mostly I am not interested in picking paintjobs. But when I do, it is nice to have something to pickup and support FD.

You are not alone. Much of the game remains broken/unbalanced, fixes and new game content are glacially slow to appear but new microtransactions roll out of the FDev store like clockwork.

That being said, at least FDev is not selling pictures of ships for $200 and up . . . o7

They work on this game all the time, 3.0 is out, and free... Do you work for free? I sure as hell don't. If they can operate ED on the income of the store selling paints and ship kits, then let em. If not, either the game dies, or you log in to buy a 'Farragut Card' worth 100 Million credits for a mere $129.99 US.

I'm already dreading the reality of Red Dead 2, last thing we need is a nice company selling aesthetics getting crap for needing to pay their bills.

Dang now I have to balance my desire to have that awesome paint with my desire to not give frontier any more money until they fix the grind.

You do realise that no-one's making anyone buy them? And that they have zero in-game effect other than making your ship a bit more colourful?
It's pay-to-look-pretty*, not pay-to-win...

*And the "pretty" part is subjective...

It's nice to think they just pay the wages with it, but don't forget the poor shareholders too...
