Easter Sale On Steam

I got the non-Steam version but can’t get it installed. It sits at sync for hours.

Support hasnt responded to my ticket so what should I do to get this game installed as it seems theauncher is bugged

i already tried deleting part files suggested in another thread but that didn’t work either.

Yet another Pagan festival hijacked by the damn Christians, but hey there you go :p

If you can (Amazon video, Wikipedia mentions something called Starz in the US), watch "American Gods". In the currently last episode, they visit Easter/Astarte. In her house, you practically can't move for all the Jesuses (Jesii?) hanging out...

Depends on what is happening exactly (or not, for that matter). If you get an error message, deleting the .part files is one step of a possible remedy, see also the support faq https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=283 .

First step I usually do in these cases is to open the task manager and check the network performance (alt-ctrl-del, Task Manager -> Performance -> Ethernet). If that is struggling, it might well be your ISP (or actually any of the ISPs in the distribution chain) who is responsible. After I kicked mine, my ED downloads went from looking like the swiss alps to a solid line at (or slightly above, even) my paid for bandwidth.
One thing I found to be blocking downloads was when my PC was doing uploads at the same time. Don't know why, but doing video uploads completely blocked my downloads.

If that doesn't work, you might try the tried and tested Windows approach to problem solving:
- switch it off and on again
- reinstall the launcher

Theres no error message
Its not the ISP (Google Fiber 1gig speed)
Its almost a brand new PC so no uploads are going on
Tried restarting the PC and launcher as well as uninstalling and installing

it’s something with the launcher and their server as the demo installed in seconds

Fantastic ending and epic reveal in that episode... American Gods is perhaps the best thing I have ever seen on TV, certainly the most visceral.

Hang on, I don't think we can talk about this in the forums. The mods always get aspy (←had to change this word due to nanny profanity filter) when you mention something with bad language like youtube videos. Still, at least there's no link. LOL...

I wish they'd loosen up a bit. Not being able to say the 4 letter (3 letters for the yanks) word for posterior is a real pain in the Asp.
