Bugged rebuy??? Seriously???

I just got rekt by an Elite wing-mission target after overheating once more due to my new Rails...

I had the rebuy, selected all my modules for rebuy with all the mods, but still my goddamn shield gen is missing on my ship!

wth?

If I write FD about this will I get my module back or is it just like "well, bad luck.."?

Heard of this sort of thing before. Just file a ticket. Support should sort you out.

Okay... now the ticket system for lost stuff wants to know the value of my item... I can't even find a "module" as lost item in that list... how do I proceed? xD

Just pick 'ship'? There's a free text section at the bottom where you can explain exactly what you've lost so it hardly matters what category you select.

Don't forget that you can get a decent ball park figure for the mod using any of the ED sites. That should help.

Selected, or were they already selected and you unwittingly de-selected them? I've heard that screen can be a little confusing.

Nah, I double-check every time... But when I respawned at the closest station, my shields were down. After checking my modules, my Generator was gone missing... now my ship feels all weird... T-T
