"Where have all the Abnormal Compact Emissions Data gone?" I tried Isinor.

Got my Isinor permit the other night in the hope I could get some data drops from the convoy beacon, dropped in about 5 or 6 times and got absolutely nothing!! Zero!!
My worst was three passes through the beacon without getting anything. That happened several times. Six is a lot worse.

What got me gathering data on ACED drops was a suspicion that the devs change the rules for these sorts of things without telling us, leading to us wasting our efforts looking for stuff that's no longer there. Which is fundamentally unfair.

Well, you know what? Life is fundamentally unfair.

But wait a minute, this isn't life. This is a game. It should be fair. Kind of what we expect from games. You'd be a bit cross to be told that the rules for checkmate had been changed as you moved that last chess piece into position.

If the devs want to change the rules they should at least give us a warning.

I'm in the Pleiades at the moment. I might nip over to Isinor and have a look when I'm done with what I'm doing.

Dropped in there today, 3 Condas, no T9. No results from scanning the Condas.

Anyone else having this?

Thanks

Elferren, I've just completed 39 loops through the Convoy Beacon and in every instance there were two Anacondas and one T-9.

Haven't tabulated the data yet but I know I picked up 2 drops of ACED and 4 of CSF (plus, of course, lesser drops). Not as abundant as I'd like, but well within the margin of RNGesus. I had the feeling that I had more unproductive instances than last time, but I won't know till I get the data into the spreadsheet.

Spent about 45 minutes in Isinor last night. No ACED dropped. Yuck. My engineering plan requires 61 more ACED than I have...........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Your mistake was not sacrificing your firstborn to the God of RNG before you started.
