Largest transaction in the game yet... 720t of Painite....

Yep... a hobby project of mine that has taken about 3-4 months to fill up one of my CMDRs with 720t of Painite.

Lots of fun, I have to say.

And my CMDR really needed it.

I think OP means their largest yet, but could be wrong. Regardless, it's a big one and nice to see someone carving out their own enjoyment.

Well... both, I would say.. By far, one of my biggest transactions ever made. But... I have not seen anyone posting about delivering 720t Painite delivery before.

I have no idea what 720t UAs sells for, to be honest. Hopefully A LOT more, since they do tear your ship appart.

Did you mean meta-alloys? That many Thargoid sensors would destroy your ship before you could collect, let alone deliver them.

What ship were you flying?

Presumably it wasn't all in one session, in which case you must've had to fight off pirates every time you logged in.

You have to mine them with a single mining laser and collector limpet no bigger than class 3. Wouldn't want to make it too easy.

I'd be interested in a video showing it was actually possible. 720 of them? You'd have to unload them as quickly as you were loading them. Until I see evidence otherwise, I don't believe it is possible.

edit - + rep to OP for the pain(ite) and one UA (thargoid sensor) sells for ~300kCr so it's a bigger transaction than Painite.

But having had to do runs of 24 UAs in a load, I need to see solid proof of a 720 load.

A Cutter... and it was a 3-4 month project.

The achievement system in ED should exist. Of course, the harvesting of 720 ton of painit (or low-temperature diamonds) should be achievements

Since 3.0, pretty much all High Tech systems buy Painite for 120k when they are in Boom. Platinum and Low Temperature Diamonds also got a buff... Platinum sells for over 40k now and LTDs are around 110k (again, High Tech systems in Boom).
