Getting bored 5 days gaming and only 3 polymer capacitors found. Why have the devs decided flying back and forth in anarchy systems is quality gameplay? Found them much easier before the current update.

Also pretty common in wreckage of CZ ships - plenty of those (and the more common "capacitor" types) to be found there.
If you're going to USS hunt, might as well find Mil Caps and trade down.
If you have a buddy, you can both go to a CZ. Without winging up, your buddy joins a side and starts blasting. You follow them around without firing a shot or choosing a side and scoop up the materials left by ships they destroy.
You could do it yourself, but it's awkward to scoop materials while being shot at. Even with collector limpets.
