So I was reading an article the other day that someone here posted a link to and I found these interesting segments from the article.
"When we asked whether any other characters from the Jurassic films will be present, Brookes told us "[they're] not allowed to comment on that at the moment".
I wonder what other characters from the movies are in the game? Obviously not wanting to talk about it means there are other characters involved. Could this possibly be linked to Nublar and the theory that the island will allow us to play the 1993 JP? Richard Attenburough is no longer alive so maybe they found someone to be a stand in for the voice of John Hammond like the creators of JPOG did?
"The animators have avoided adding too much blood and gore in the fighting animations too. Dinosaurs can cause death and destruction but according to Ilsley it's "not glorified" and therefore still suitable for a younger audience."
So this just clarifies what we all knew. Frontier is going for a kid friendly rating, Michael Brookes said a Teen rating in one interview. So I guess we can't expect much blood except from what we have seen. Maybe they will allow us to have a DLC that gives the game some more substantial blood and gore. But I think any kind of real bloody kills in the game won't happen, in the base game at least.
Here is the article.
