Moons Colliding in game (bug) mimic two moons around Saturn. The actual Saturn.

2 Moons collided in spectacular fashion, while 2 other moons in our Actual Solar System also appear to be on a collision course...
One is a bug created by the Stellar Forge and the other is the exact same scenario but with a different outcome.

It may not be a bug in Stellar Forge, buta failure by the game to properly resolve a collision from the generated situation.
